All 3 models are considered motorcycles and you must have a valid motorcycle license to legally operate them on public roads in NY.

I have just bought a Honda XBR 50 cc scooter and can't find any info about it on the internet. It is an (UK) s-reg with 1300 miles on the 'clock'.
