yep, u'll need it. it would be better to just get ya a 750cc street bike and be done with it. this thing has about as much power as a leaf blower. fine in town, but tops out at about 45, and that's worthless for freeway/interstate travel.

Youi'll probably need a motorcycle license as it is streetable. You're also going to need registration and insurance as well as state-mandated safety equipment (i.e. helmet and any other required safety gear).

I was wondering if I need a motorcycle liscense in Utah for a small Honda scooter, or that type of thing, do I
