are there any really small vespa style motor scooters out there . Made by any company?

iam looking for something really small like 49cc no more then 67 inches in length and 42 inches high as well as with a weight of less then 170 pounds. something that would also be street legal in california. i know so far only of two tomos sprint moped and honda metro..

I have the perfect scoot. Yamaha vino 49cc (just a drivers license) and yamaha reliable. Almost exact replica os vespa. Remember to vote for a best answer.
