All 3 models are considered motorcycles and you must have a valid motorcycle license to legally operate them on public roads in NY.
those are scooters- you need a MC license. moped means motor+pedals

The Zuma 125 is a new model, I don’t know the top speed on it. I do have a couple of Yamaha 125 Vinos, and they top out at about 58-60 mph. Most scooters above 50cc’s require a motorcycle endorsement on your license, if that’s what you’re asking.
