I have a Suzuki 650 Burgman Scooter and it is the biggest scooter made. It has many comfort factors and it handles really well. They also come in a smaller 400. I have test driven the Vespa's , Piaggio ,Aprilia , Honda Silverwing and Majesty.

I found that when we looked at the Vespa's they were just too small for the riding that we were going to be doing. The Piaggio was the next choice but the dealer told us that they had a hard time getting parts for this scooter.

We tried the Aprilia Atlantic 500 cc they were a sharp looking bike, but it was not all that comfortable. It was nice at getting up to speed but it had a bit of movement when you would pass by a truck, with the wind push.

When we test drove the Burgman 400 it was a comfortable ride, and a really nice bike. I needed a bit more on the cc for the kind of travel we were going to be doing with the bikes. I love my 650 Burgman!! Best bike for the bucks!!

Happy Riding!!
References :
Burgman 650 Scooter owner <3

Actually the best scooters are not from Japan. Piaggio and Vespa are the highest rated scooters after that then Kymco then you get to the
Japan brands. Kymco's are priced right and you do not pay for a name. Kymco is not a China company. They have many styles and sizes to suit a riders needs. I have been around them for several years and have almost never had any major maintenance issues. Most of the time oil changes and valve adjustments.
