How old do you have to be to get a licence for a vespa/motor scooter in New York?

My grandma gave me a 1980's honda vespa. im 15 and i want to know how old you have to be to get a lisence for it.

16 you need a regular drivers license.then go for your
M endorsement.

  2. Sorry to report… 16 bro, unless you can get some farm plates for it and get a farmer to sign you up as an employee then you operate it at 12 years and up. Hope you know some farmers!
