it would be ok to charge the car battery with your scooter if you remove it first, but do not jump start the car with it. the cars electrical system is much more powerful, and once the car starts, the power from the car will travel back to the scooter and blow the scooter's electrical system.

There is no danger, but your scooter's battery is so small, it won't have the cranking amps (power) to turn the car engine.

You could use the scooter as a battery charger -let it run for an extended time to charge the car battery. The only thing potentialy wrong or damaging is the heat buildup of the scooter engine. If the scooter has a cooling fan it would be ok to run the scooter for an extended period.

if the scooters battery is 12V, it will be safe. If it is less than 12V, you run the risk of blowing up the scooters battery. STAND BACK!

Potential danger? ...I don't believe the battery in the scooter will have the power necessary to start your car. You may find that now you have two vehicles with dead batteries.
